Instructions:

• Download and fill out the form (Formulario Adhesión SEN)
• This form must be signed and scanned and sent to the following e-mail address csen@ine.gob.gt
• Complete sections I, II and III in their entirety.
• The form will be reviewed by SEN coordination and you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt.
